Where is the best overwater bungalow beach resort to take my wife for our 25th anniversary with good snorkelin

I would like to take my wife to a beach resort that has very nice over water bungalows, good snorkeling, diving and plenty of things to do for our 25th anniversary. We are non drinkers and not into the dance or nightclub scene. We are not religious freaks nor prudes we just don’t party much. We are not offended by topless beaches all though we won’t be joining them. We are young 44 and 43 and can travel just about any time of the year. Price is not a major concerne but serenity is. We love the outdoors, river rafting, Bow hunting, wildlife viewing and sightseeing. We are in pretty good shape but not wanting to run marathons…Thanks to all who answer this question in advance.
