What types of activities should we do for a 2-year old’s b-day party?

My son’s 2nd birthday party is next weekend. We are going with a beach theme, making steak fish tacos (for the adults) and snack foods for the kids, and having it at the park. There will be seven children total, all 2 years old. Please give me some good ideas for age-appropriate party activities.

Where can I find answers to despairing computer problems?

Mine is trivial, yet I couldn’t find any references to it anywhere online. I posted it on 2 Microsoft support forums and got 0 responses. Here it is, basically:
My laptop’s infrared (IrDA) port doesn’t work at all, even though Device Manager reports that “Built-in Infrared Device” is enabled and “working properly”.
