a good place in the west/mid west for a winter vacation?

some details: were in the 18-20 age range some are college students some arent.

What is the best family winter vacation spot in the United States? ?

We’re thinking of planning a trip after christmas from dec 29-jan 2 —–Where would be the best place to visit? We live in texas & are looking to visit maybe colorado or utah. We’re not huge skiers & we have two kids under 4, where would be a great place for us to visit & why? We’d also like to visit a place with snow that is easy to get to from the airport.
