ParDon asked: My boyfriend and I will be going to London for a week during the winter holiday. We’ll be celebrating NYE there and we’re staying in Notting Hill neighborhood, next to Portobello Market. Any recommendations for romantic eating spots throughout the week around London and especially for NYE. We’re looking for off-beaten ideas and nothing too over the top.
