can i lost 15 pounds by the end of christmas break?

So i start my christmas vacation on friday december 15th, and i am on vacation untill the 20th of January. I plan on going to the gym everyday and eating well. Can i lose at least 15 pounds by the time i come back? If anyone has any helpful tips that would be wonderful!

    yes u can, follow this ….if ur not dedicated then no
    Drink about 8-10 glasses of water per day and eat fruits for breakfast. Start walking about 3 days a week for 1 hour each day. Eat 4 hours before bed and include 10 servings of catabolic foods. These are foods that burn calories, here’s a list of some of those foods.

    No, its impossible to loose so much so fast. Unless you have a real high metabolism it’s not possible to loose 15 in 2 weeks. Maybe 6-8 but not 15.

    Not bodyfat. You would probably lose too much muscle and half of it will be water weight.

    No that is way too much! The safer weight goal would be 5-8 lbs.
