Pregnant and a stressful Thanksgiving- should I just not show up?

My mother wants us to go to her vacation house that is an hour and half away and meet my sister and her husband and four kids for Thanksgiving. My mother and I have good relationships, she lives near me and we talk all the time. However, my sister and I don’t. We never talk. She doesn’t even know that I am pregnant (I am 20 weeks). My sister does not know that I am pregnant. I made it very clear to the rest of the family that she was not to be told. When I had serious complications with my daughter she was very uncaring.
