shane asked: I live 2hrs away from him, and i need an efficient way of helping him with computer stuff. Its usually with simple issues, but I want to help him not be frustrated if hes confused. Phone isn’t the best option, as he is 90% deaf in both ears, and it would be easier to SHOW him what to do. He runs on XP, and I have a mac on OSX 10.4, but I also have XP through parallels. Is there a way to make a video of what he should do that I can email him? What do the rest of you do to help others (other than phone please).

Bob N asked: When I turn on my computer with Windows XP it freezes at start up. I then have to turn it off by the powerpoint and turn it back on to get it working. And when i leave the computer for a few seconds to a few minutes everything freezes up.
