Thursday asked:
I’m looking for a vacation destination to take my kids (ages 9 & 12) this winter or spring. Is there any such thing as a resort for single-parent families? I’m looking for warm beaches, snorkeling, boogie boarding, clean and safe, with other families who are in the same position. I’m not looking for a pick-up place! But it would be nice to have other adults to chat with who are also on vacation solo with their children. Is there such a place?

Walla Walla asked: I dread coming back from college every winter and summer break because that means that I would have to deal with my annoying younger brother. My brother just doesn’t know when to shut up and would always cut people off, and that’s just plain rude. It really ruins my summer vacation. What can I do? I don’t have the nerve to tell him to shut up because I don’t want to come off as nasty and I really don’t want to tattle tale. Any suggestions?

dmbfan asked:
This summer or possibly this winter, my wife and I are planning a trip to London and then possibly to France or Italy from there. We have ten days to two weeks in vacation, and a free place to stay while in London. I’ve seen that flights are around 860 per ticket. What I’m wondering is, how much spending money we would need for the whole trip and if 1,200 dollars was enough. If not, how much more would we need to be safe.

who8myoreos asked: I’m looking to vacation somewhere nice around winter time with a group of my friends. Where’s a good online resource (preferably some sort of forum) where I can find out about where the nice places are and stuff?
Oh yeah, I think the consensus is that we want to go somewhere beachy and sunny, if that narrows the list down some.

JakeM asked: I’m sick of wearing the same things I wear in winter during summer vacation. I’m thinking that with a proper meal plan, a decent diet pill and a gym membership I could, but I have a big problem, and that is that I lose my motivation to do anything about my weight before I even lose a pound. How can I stay motivated and lose the weight by June?

Proud mommy to Isabell! asked: I have a 4-week old daughter and for New Year’s Eve/Day we’re flying out of town and it will be her first vacation! I want to make she’s all safe, warm, and wrapped and bundled up in comfy cute newborn winter clothing…
What are some good brand names for winter clothing for a 4-week old little girl?

MEGAMIND asked: So I’ve quited smoking a couple of months ago and made it a tradition to celebrate every month. So far I’ve been pampering myself with restaurant, cinema, massage and teeth whitening. I am saving money to go on vacation in the winter, so please give me an idea of something not that expensive but still to mark the occasion.
Don’t have much time to plan – its tomorrow…
Thanks
