What is wrong with these amatuers? I’ve been in support for six years and have not seen a virus cause a computer not to boot or shutdown or data loss. In this day and age, intruders write code to get personal information i.e. malware (spyware) and adware. Destroying the computer is pointless.
One person posted a question stating they formatted their hard drive and had problems booting. Wouldn’t you know it, the first answer was, “it’s a virus”. If I had dollar for evey computer idiot out there…..

o.O asked: I jammed the on/off button on my computer.It was stuck and it made a weird noise like it was continuously starting up along with the flashing of light that tells you that the computer is busy.I unplugged it, opened up my computer, and unjammed the button.When i went back to turn on my computer it still made the weird noise and had the light flashing.I tried pressing and holding the button until it turned off but it wouldn’t turn off.Eventually i think it stopped because it burned out.I unplug it and plug it back in and the noise starts sounding again and the light flashing again.
