Girly asked: I get 15 paid days off in the first 6 months of my new job. Then when the new year starts up I get an additional 20 days. But when starting a new job when is it appropriate to take a vacation???

Tarek A asked: I am supposed to send this gift basket to a company located in california to wish them a merry christmas and happy new year. But I dont know when they should be back in the office. I know christmas is on the 25th and new years is on the 1st, so when do people normally go back to work??
