What do you do after holiday meals?

After a big yummy holiday meal, what do you do? Sit around and relax? Get up and start working off the calories you just consumed? Wait until the next day to eat healthier and exercise more? Or spend the rest of the week snacking on leftovers?

I prefer to get up and go for a nice long walk an hour or two after we eat. But it isn’t much fun unless I can get somebody to go with me.
