Is it possible for a teenager to get a job in a cruise or a resort?

I am currently a 15 year old girl looking for the BEST SUMMER JOB. And I have been searching for a summer job in resorts and cruises and such but to no avail. Is it even possible for a resort or a cruise to hire me? Or is there an age limit?
