Vacation veterans please. should I wait until after the long weekend to book a vacation?

I’ve noticed that the prices of inclusive vacations have risen substantially in the last week. My wife thinks that the cost may have risen due to the Easter weekend approaching. The question is … would it make sense to wait until Monday to book , (thinking that the prices would go down again after Easter) … or would they keep rising regardless … thus reducing the quality of trip we could get for our money. We are leaving within 2 weeks.

The problem is how close you are to booking. It is likely that the prices may continue to go up.
However, you may get lucky and find a really nice resort with some great discounts because they have rooms leftover.
There really is no way to be sure. It really depends on where you are booking. Also, if you don’t have air purchased yet, the prices for the air is going to continue to rise. So keep that in mind if you want to wait any longer.
Hope this helps!
