Since Orlando is further north and inland, it’s probably going to be between 50 and 60 degrees….still nice if you’re coming to escape the snow. However, if you’re looking for warmer weather / heat during that time, South Florida is better for that – such as Naples, Miami, or the Keys. I’ve lived in Miami for a few years (I’m from the north) and Christmas is still around 75-80 degrees roughly.

For a Floridian, temperatures under 60 is cold….lol, but in Orlando it could be around that, maybe lower maybe higher!
Put it this way, it won’t feel like your normal Christmas!

For those of us who live here year-round, the temps are a little cold. temps in the 50s will inspire most parents to bundle their children in the thickest of clothes for fear of the children freezing.
To those who live here for about six months, the snowbirds, the weather is VERY pleasant.

Pack as if you were going to Maine or northern Michigan in May. The weather could be wonderfully warm and sunny, like 80 at 2 pm and 68 at 2 am. Then again, it IS winter here even tho our winters are mild. You might get a few days with cold winds, rain, and temperatures in the 60 at noon and in the 40s at night. I hope you get plenty of “Florida Sunshine” but advise you to bring a raincoat, sweater, and some shoes that aren’t sandals.

It is usually pretty mild maybe highs in the upper 70′s and lows in the high 60′s. But ocassionally there might be a cold front that can lower the temps into the 40s. It usually never rains. It is a beautiful time to go

You’ll find Orlando reaching around 70 degrees because its a little inland.
Coastal Florida – around 65 degrees and the warmest water being around the South of the state. Its a great time for a vacation and road trip in Florida! have fun.
